Freckles's Story...
Freckles. Active and handsome, approximately 1 year old Pyrenees mix pup, 59 lbs, is looking for someone familiar with his breed who has the love and patience to work with him on becoming a model pal. He has a lovely brown and white long coat, is current on all shots but rabies, is Heartworm negative and will need to be neutered before he can vault into your vehicle and join your active family. He has a big wag and grin for other dogs and people. He came to the shelter with a litter mate and is learning to be happy on his own. He hasn't had leash training so perhaps an obedience class would be a good idea to start him on the right path. An ideal family would like to take him on big walks in the great outdoors to channel his puppy exuberance. Come meet Freckles and he may just walk off with your heart.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Freckles, a San Andreas Great Pyrenees dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Pyrenees for sale in San Andreas, or seeking a Great Pyrenees dog from a breeder in San Andreas.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Andreas already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Andreas breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Pyrenees breeders who help with Great Pyrenees rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Andreas paves the way for another one to be saved.
