My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

One of these pictures are of Archie while he he was living on a beach in Puerto Rico. Out of all the dogs living there, he definitely seemed the most out of sorts. Sarah, one of our volunteers, feeds the dogs on the beach and brings them water everyday. Upon approach most of the dogs just run away but instead of being frightened it was clear Archie just wanted to go home with her and this broke her heart. It's so painful to leave these babies out there fending for themselves. Even though Sarah already has a home filled with rescues waiting for forever homes, and some of them with special needs, she simply could not leave him out there one more day. Archie was obviously a house pet at one point, he loves all the creature comforts and immediately rolled around in the dog bed! Archie weighs 17 pounds, he's young healthy and will be neutered soon. He'd love an active home and if you have another playful dog, even better!
