Hi! My name is Meeko and I am an 8 year old beagle mix that was picked up as a stray and taking to county. Like any refined gentleman, I like to take it easy and have a zen approach to life. I prefer to leave the toys to the youngsters and snuggle up with my favorite human instead. I will gladly accept an invitation on the sofa or bed, but will happily snuggle into a comfy dog bed if you prefer. I am crate trained, but am a complete angel if allowed to free roam the house and have expertly navigated the doggy door. I don't mind going for short walks at a leisurely pace, so that I can enjoy the sights and sounds of the world. I get along great with other dogs, kids, and don't mind cats wandering about.
