Jax: Foster needed's Story...
Jax is a 5 year old Cattle Dog mix. He lives in a foster home with dogs, cats and children. He would do best in an only pet home with children. He's very affectionate. All of our adoptable pets have been spayed or neutered, are heart worm free, started on parasite preventatives, vaccinated, and microchipped. Dogs with special needs also have their needs evaluated and met to the best of our ability. In order to ensure that all of our dogs go to their best and last homes, we require that an adoption application and home visit is completed and approved before adopting. Our adoption contract includes a two week trial period to give you and your new family member time to adjust. His adoption fee is $250. Contact: ACDRescueMN@gmail.com for an application. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jax: Foster needed, a Delano Australian Cattle Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Cattle Dog for sale in Delano, or seeking a Australian Cattle Dog dog from a breeder in Delano.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Delano already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Delano breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Cattle Dog breeders who help with Australian Cattle Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Delano paves the way for another one to be saved.
