Jackson's Info...

I am already neutered, purebred, a special needs pet, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Jackson's Story...
Jackson was picked up by the police in Angleton and taken to the pound. He made a great impression on the officer, because he kept checking on Jackson and wondered why no one had taken him home. Time was running out, so the officer made it possible for Jackson to come to Houston and meet you!

All about Jackson:

He is very friendly and likes people and other dogs!
He appears to be a purebred lab.
He may have hunting dog potential and has definite pet dog potential!
He is special because he touched the heart of an equally special policeman!

How often do you hear about a dog that inspires such caring that a person goes above and beyond their line of duty to assure that he will find a great home? Jackson has already made a difference in one life. Now, Jackson wants to make your life better! Come by and spend some time with Jackson. You’ll be glad you did!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jackson, a Houston Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Houston, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Houston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Houston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Houston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Houston paves the way for another one to be saved.
