Here's what the humans have to say about me:
DOB April 15, 2007. Cricket aka Big Fuzz aka Fluffy Butt is a neutered male cat who was adopted from a family farm in Manitoba at four months old after being left by his mother.
It's believed that cricket is part Maine Coon as he displays all the common traits of the breed such as large size, fluffy tail, belly and butt, extra hair between his paws, long ear hair and scruff around his neck.
Cricket is a very social cat and likes to be around people, and will be in the middle of the action. He is inquisitive and really uses his to nose to investigate new smells in the house, acting very much like a dog at times. Since his adoption he has been an indoor cat only, living with 2 other cats and 2 young children. He enjoy attention but can sometimes be a bit particular taking time to fully trust people. He is litter box trained and eats both wet and dry food (no chicken). He has also been found to enjoy waffles, pancakes, breads, cheese, shrimp and one particularly nice Christmas cake. (Not part of his diet)
Cricket does have some sensitive areas such as front paws and belly which he wants to be left alone, otherwise he loves head, nose, chin, ear, back scratches. Cricket does not get along with other cats.
His current owner shares: "Cricket has never been aggressive with our children and would just run away if the kids did anything he didn't like. Cricket still very playful and enjoy sleeping on couches or end of the bed."
