My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello... My name is Roxie Raindrop, and I'm a pretty little 4 1/2 year old "tweenie," with an incredibly sweet disposition. I adore all people.... especially children, and I want nothing more than to give love and be loved. Only thing is... I want all the puppy love you have to give. Other dogs and cats are ok, but I'm not fond of them and I'd much rather they live somewhere else. They tend to make me feel selfish and angry, so I need to be your only pet. You'll know when I get nervous, because I'll grab my favorite stuffy toy and carry it everywhere with me.

I'd sure enjoy being outside with you, and if you have a tree with low branches, I can actually climb it. But since that isn't good for my back, I'll be happy to sit by and watch you trim the tree or work in the yard. Rawhide chews and treats make me really happy, and if you'll let me, I'd love to snuggle under the covers and sleep with you at night.

I am the sweetest, most loving Dachsie you could ever know, but I do need to be the princess of my home, so I don't have to fight for your attention.
