Brie's Story...
My name is Brie, like the cheese! I am a loving affectionate lap cat and I require toys. I have started a collection at my foster home! I am also very good when it comes to getting my nails clipped - I enjoy a manicure. I play as often as possible with other cats, any cat is a friend of mine! My favorite thing is to be near my humans, as close as I can get. I remember when I didn't have a human so I snuggle with them every chance now. So if you are looking for the perfect lap cat to call your own then I am your girl!!! Can’t wait to meet you - you can come visit me or I'll come to your place!! Please complete an application at http://forrescue.net/cat-application/ and you can ask about me by emailing info@FORrescue.net. I’m hanging out in south Huntsville, AL until I hear from you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Brie, a Nashville Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Nashville, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Nashville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Nashville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Nashville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Nashville paves the way for another one to be saved.
