My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Chili the redhead is a wonderful 5 yr. old purebred mini-Aussie. Approximately 36 lbs. She is considered a bi-color and has a cropped tail. Chili is very devoted to her people or person and never wanders too far from them. She has a very sweet and loving disposition, and is very focused on what you ask of her. She has her basic manners down very well and is eager to learn more. She loves loves loves getting brushed and bathed! She can't get enough brushing, so it is easy to keep her looking her best! Easy to trim her nails as well. Her favorite things are walks and rides in the car and she loves green beans and all vegetables for treats! She does well with other dogs, in general, respecting the ones that do not want to play with her, and playing very hard with the ones that do. Her best friend in her foster home is only 15 lbs. They play hard but she never hurts him.

Chili would do very well in a home that can give her a medium amount of activity and plenty of mental stimulation. She is not interested in dog sports, she does not have that type of drive. She definitely loves to run and play hard but her main focus will be on you. She is good with children, but I would suggest 8 and over. Cats move too quickly and she wants to chase them, so a home without cats please.

If you are looking for a wonderful new best friend, then consider Chili as she just might melt your heart with her Aussie sweetness and devotion!

Please email with as much information about your life and home as possible, and we can take it from there.
