for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Pippa's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Pippa's Story...
This sweet girl is still at the shelter almost out of time. We are hoping to find room for her before it is too late. She is sweet and friendly and well behaved at the adoption events. She is about 2 1/2 years old and only weighs about 35 lbs so she would be a great size for any family. She is good with other dogs and children. Pippa looks like a small chocolate lab with the most interesting merle mixed in. She walks well on a leash and just needs a chance to love a family of her own. Please consider this special girl as your new family member and contact lorainecm@comcast.net or omlc7@hotmail.com. It will answer most of your questions and you can also access an application to apply from there. Thank you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pippa, a Allentown Labrador Retriever/Australian Shepherd dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Australian Shepherd for sale in Allentown, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Australian Shepherd dog from a breeder in Allentown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Allentown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Allentown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Australian Shepherd breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Australian Shepherd rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Allentown paves the way for another one to be saved.
