Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Neutered Male, Sharpei/Husky Mix, Approx 3 yrs old
Linus is a mellow fellow and a very easy dog. He loves to cuddle and play, but his energy levels are medium at most. He loves to nap, and he never leaves his family’s side. He also has an endearing little grunt that he only makes when he is happy (when being pet or cuddled), like a cat’s purr. After a long and hard recovery from years of neglect living in an abandoned house in North Carolina, Linus is ready for a fresh start with a family who will show him what a pampered pooch's life is really supposed to be like. He has made amazing progress in his foster home and impresses everyone he meets with his unique look and endearing gaze. Linus walks well on an EZ Walk harness, does not jump, hardly ever barks, and is not at all destructive.
This little 38 lb pup loves everyone and is very smart. He is highly responsive to commands and to correction, and learns quickly through reward. He is housebroken and very eager to please. Although his heart worm treatment recovery has prevented him from playing with them as much as he would have liked, Linus is respectful and friendly toward his canine foster siblings and cousins, and seems to thrive around them. However, he would likely be just as content in an only-dog home. This little guy oozes gratitude and he will make sure his forever family knows exactly how much he loves them every single day.
