Sophie Grace's Story...
Sophie Grace is a beautiful long-hair girl with unusual coloring (a light grey undercoat & a very shiny dark grey overcoat), believed to be a Chantilly-Tiffany. She was surrendered to a high-kill shelter mid-April, but had recently become stressed so a wonderful family took her home to foster her. They thought about keeping her, but Miss Sophie Grace is not fond of other cats & would prefer to be the only Princess in the home where she can soak up all the love & attention for herself.

She is located in the Matthews/Indian Trail area, is approx. 1.5 years old, has been spayed, & is up to date on her shots. She is an indoor only kitty, & the foster mom says Sophie Grace has a magnificent personality & that she is adorable and wants you to love on her all the time ~ Definitely a lap cat ~

Please contact me with questions or interest. An application & adoption fee apply!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sophie Grace, a Monroe Burmese cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Burmese for sale in Monroe, or seeking a Burmese cat from a breeder in Monroe.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Monroe already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Monroe breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Burmese breeders who help with Burmese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Monroe paves the way for another one to be saved.
