Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Petunia! She is a funny mix of Basset Hound/Mastiff/Boxer. We don't think she will get much bigger, maybe just a little more weight gain. Petunia is learning manners and she knows "sit," "come," and is learning "stay" and "down." She is very smart and is very willing to learn. She loves to play catch, run in the yard, and follow her nose. Because she follows her nose, it is preferred that you have a fenced-in yard so she can be safe and get exercise. Petunia likes to chew on bones and stuffed toys. She LOVES people. She also does very well in a crate at night and while we are working. She lasts all day and night without potty accidents. Petunia cannot be in a home with cats as she will chase them. She does well with other dogs and tends to be submissive with the current house dogs, who are both larger than her. She would love to be in a home that is willing to work with her to teach her more commands, take her walks or play fetch, and spend time lounging around with her.
