Rudy's Story...
Polydactyl lovers will go nuts over our Rudy! How many toes does he have, no one really knows…his polydactyl-ness is totally out of control! Not only does he have the coolest paws ever, which FYI, could double as baseball mitts, but Rudy is so very sweet! Tell him how cute his pink nose is and maybe he'll rub you with it. Rudy loves to spend time in your lap because he knows that will lead to petting and getting his ears rubbed!

Rudy is a curious and playful fellow. This boy can jump straight up into the air when surprised – must be those paws! He also loves running around with his kitty roommates! Rudy’s talkative nature guarantees that he will be sure to tell you all about the explorations and playtime adventures that he shares with his kitty friends!

Rudy is a great guy, sure to bring much adventure, conversation, and love to his new family! To learn more - www.azrescue.org.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rudy, a Phoenix Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
