My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Breed:English Angora: About 4-5 pounds Color: White Approximate DOB: He's probably about 6-8 months as of 5/2014 Reason in rescue. This boy was part of a seizure of rabbits in WV from a breeder who was hoarding them :( He is luckily one of the healthy ones and is ready for adoption! Personality: Wilford is so absolutely adorable! He is all hair and has a great personality. He's a snuggle bug, doesn't mind being held or petted and is a very chill boy. I do believe he might possibly be deaf or hard of hearing as he doesn't react to loud noises, but I doubt that will give him any issues in the future. He also uses his litter box very well! Ideal Home: Any home would be great for Wilford! Friends: Wilford can be adopted out as a single bunny or as a companion for a spayed female. Requirements: Must be adopted as an indoor animal, with an as large as possible plastic bottomed cage or puppy pen. Adoption process: An adoption application must be filled out (email for the application), and approved by us. Then we will arrange a meeting time to see the animal of interest. A home visit is required prior to adoption. Suggested adoption donation is $60 which includes his neuter, and first vet visit. **Please email if you are interested in adoption. We respond to all emails within 24 hours** Recommended Food: Unlimited timothy or grass hay (should be around 80% of their diet), Oxbow or Kaytee timothy pellets, about 1/4 cup a day,and 2-3 servings of veggies a day (slowly introduced), especially fresh greens like romaine, green leaf, dandelion, spring or baby mixes, etc. Bedding: Newspaper, Yesterday's News, Cellsorb, or Carefresh
