My name is Charlie. I am a male mini apricot poodle, 20lbs, neutered and fully vetted. I just turned one in June. I am from NY and I am an owner surrender. I was never told "no" in my previous home, and when my foster parents tried to tell me "no", I really didn't like it. Now I am in training learning how to be the best poodle I can be. I am looking for a home that will be able to continue with my training and knows how to set boundaries. Everyone agrees an experienced owner would be the best for me.
