Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Dusty was trapped using a humane trap at the Lonoke, Arkansas Holiday Inn hotel. She was left (most likely dumped there) to fend for herself, finding food from dumpsters or begging, had to dodge cars and mean people as well as natural predators such as poisonous snakes, owls and hawks...
Dusty has become quite sociable, playful, curious and a real love bug. She likes to talk, but she has a very soft meow which can barely be heard, so she's not noisy by any means.
Dusty likes to be around her people and will sometimes follow you just like a puppy, from room to room, wanting your attention.
Her tail is a little shorter than most (natural, not bobbed), she is a dusty sand color tabby, which is rather unique, thus her name.
Since she was left to survive on her own, she's rather squirmy while being held while you're standing up (fear of falling), however she REALLY loves to be petted, especially if her ears are rubbed so much that you think you might pull them off - she TOTALLY LOVES it and just wants more!
