Roscoe is a sad puppy; He's really almost 2 yeears old, but likes like a huggable bear. He could use some reassurance too that all will be well. He is a very smart guy, who loves to be with people who will not take him and leave him at animal control. Take him a chewie, he doesn't get out much to exercise and he as well as the other dogs are thrilled to see grass. You must just decide he's the one for you... The shelter address: 650 John Howell Memorial Drive in Lincolnton. 704 736 4125. Open 6 days a week; M-Sat 11 to 4:30 and Closed Sunday. Adoption fee of 85.00 includes the spay or neuter , another disease preventative vaccine ,a rabies vaccine, microchip and 30 days of free pet health insurance, as well as worming. It is a great deal!
