Axle's Story...
Axle is a 4 month old neutered male German Shepherd/hound mix. This smart little cutie is crate trained and housebroken. He knows his name and has good recall. He knows sit and some basic commands. He is a typical shepherd puppy and will need more training and guidance but is looking to bond with his family and share every fun activity he can with his new family. He is playful and good with other dogs. He was very interested in cats and may chase them but could be trained to leave alone. When he was swatted and hissed at he ran away. Axle is a big lovebug and baby and he is waiting for a family to call his very own.
If interested in meeting Axle please go to http://www.tlcrescuepa.com/adoption/ to fill out an application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Axle, a Kimberton German Shepherd Dog/Hound (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog/Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Kimberton, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog/Hound (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Kimberton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Kimberton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Kimberton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog/Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog/Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Kimberton paves the way for another one to be saved.
