Bear is a cute, little Shihtzu who is a confident dog at the approx. age of 6 years. He likes the company of other dogs and would do well with a doggy sibling. He is the kind of guy who just wants to sit by your feet all day. He's low key and affectionate too and and loves going for a daily walk and exploring. He walks well on a leash too! Bear is quiet, laid back and will do well in a home with a first time dogowner but will do best in a home with adults only or older children. He was surrendered into our care at no fault of his own... and he's very confused as to why he is here. Please stop in soon to meet Bear! Thank you.

Why Adoption is a Great Option
Bear, a Voorhees Shih Tzu dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shih Tzu for sale in Voorhees, or seeking a Shih Tzu dog from a breeder in Voorhees.
Rescues and shelter volunteers in Voorhees already know the personality and tendencies
of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it
much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Voorhees breeder,
or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for
a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of
You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home.
In fact, there are even Shih Tzu breeders who
help with Shih Tzu rescue. One puppy or kitten
adopted in Voorhees paves the way for another one to be saved.
