Athena's Story...
Hi my name is Athena but don't know my name so my foster mom calls me mama. I am a two-year-old Spaniel/ Chihuahua mix. I was dropped off at the vets office with my three babies by some mean people that said they were going to feed my babies to their snake. I am the most gentle dog my foster mom has ever met. Even my playing is gentle. I love to be near my foster mom. I'm a very good girl and am doggie door trained. I do go out and bark at the neighbors dog sometimes but she barks a lot and I don't like it. I'm in home with cats and dogs and I'm fine with both. I just ignore them and go on my way. I really am just concerned with my puppies and person that loves me right now. I will be ready for adoption in a few weeks and I can't wait to find my forever home. Please contact Chastity (443)248-4740. There is an adoption fee.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Athena, a Las Vegas Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Chihuahua for sale in Las Vegas, or seeking a Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Las Vegas.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Las Vegas already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Las Vegas breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Chihuahua breeders who help with Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Las Vegas paves the way for another one to be saved.
