My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Priest is a super sweet fawn/rust male Doberman. He just turned 2 years old on May 19th. His ears are cropped and his tail docked. Priest is an easy going, happy boy. He loves to cuddle and give kisses. Priest is a really nice dog who is quiet in the house but enjoys running around and exploring when he is outside. He would enjoy being someone’s hiking partner. Priest loves to roll in the grass and wiggle his way across the yard. It is comical to see but he really seems to enjoy it. Priest is an easy dog who is house trained and rides well in the car. I haven’t needed to crate him but he does honor a baby gate if you need to confine him. Priest is currently on a diet to lose some extra pounds. His adopter will need to be committed to helping Priest get down to a healthy weight. His ideal weight is probably between 85 and 90 lbs. Priest likes other dogs and would be happy to have a female doggie playmate or would be perfectly happy having all the attention for himself as an only dog. If you are looking for a big lovable teddy bear of a dog, Priest may be the dobe for you.
