Chloe's Story...
This sweet girl is a one year old, border terrier & poodle mix. She has wirey hair but non-shedding and hypoallergenic. She's got beautiful amber/butterscotch eyes and is very affectionate. She's crate and doggie door trained, spayed, flea treated, microchipped, up to date on her shots, rabies certified, and licensed in Orange County for a year. I think she was pee pad trained because she peed on area rugs the first few days she was here, even with the door open, but now she's pretty much housebroken. She's learning not to pull on a leash, not much of a barker (just the warning barks) and stops when told to. She is not food or toy aggressive and loves to play tug-o-war and will run after a toy or ball....brings it back about 75% of the time!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chloe, a Fountain Valley Border Terrier/Poodle (Miniature) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Terrier/Poodle (Miniature) for sale in Fountain Valley, or seeking a Border Terrier/Poodle (Miniature) dog from a breeder in Fountain Valley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fountain Valley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fountain Valley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Terrier/Poodle (Miniature) breeders who help with Border Terrier/Poodle (Miniature) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fountain Valley paves the way for another one to be saved.
