If you're looking for a smallish dog with big dog looks and personality then Buster is your dog! We've been pondering on his lineage and we're stumped. But we're not stumped about what a good boy he is. When he's happy he wags his tail so fast it looks like a hummingbird. I know a forever home would make his tail wag so fast he would levitate!
