Katt's Info...

I am good with kids and good with cats.

Katt's Story...
We bow to Katt.
This lioness will take over the world with her mighty roar, confidence and insanely concentrated cuteness.
Anybody would be lucky to have Kitt as a friend! She will greet you with a loud hallo, invite you to play and reward you with kisses. This purr machine loves her litter mates very much (JJ, DJ, Cj and Kit) and hopes to find a home with either a cat friend already there, or a home that will take one of her siblings. Katt can't wait to meet her forever human and begin her reign of awesomeness!

Katt and his siblings were rescued from Animal Care and Control kill list. They were too young to eat on their own, and needed around the clock care… so, naturally, had to die. We at Empty Cages Collective disagree! Saving bottle babies (as well as any other animals!), giving them shelter, love and care is effortless and endlessly rewarding.
Please write to us if you would like to join our bottle baby foster team at adopt@emptycagescollective.org

Katt (together with her brothers and a sister) will be ready for adoption by the end of June.
If you are interested in giving this love bug a family and a home, please contact us at 1.800.880.2684 or adopt@emptycagescollective.org. You'll be forever glad you did!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Katt, a Brooklyn Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Brooklyn, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Brooklyn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brooklyn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brooklyn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brooklyn paves the way for another one to be saved.
