Toby is a sweet chihuahua who is about 6 yrs old and about 6 lbs. He likes other dogs and loves to cuddle in a cozy bed. He is a little nervous at first, but he warms up quickly, especially with food. He came into the shelter when his owner had to move and could not take him along. He is a great boy who has a lot of love to give a new family!
