Whiskers's Story...

Whiskers is a male long haired, gorgeous, 8 month old cat who sadly lost his home (as did his sister Claire) and is now looking for a new one.

This handsome devil is sweet as sweet can be and he absolutely loves to be pet and cuddled. He will nudge and nudge you until you pick him up or put him on your lap when he wants to be loved. Whiskers is for sure a lap cat and would love a family that has the time to spend with him.

Whiskers is super gentle with kids of all ages and would be a great addition to any household. He is also great with other cats and has no problem living with cat friendly dogs.

Whiskers is neutered, vaccinated and micro-chipped.

There is a $20 adoption fee for Whiskers

If you are looking for a sweet little lap cat and would like to meet Whiskers please go to the Fuzzy Pawz website and complete an adoption application:

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Whiskers, a Salt Lake City Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Salt Lake City, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in Salt Lake City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Salt Lake City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Salt Lake City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Salt Lake City paves the way for another one to be saved.
