Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Gertie is an awesome girl who again came into this foster home after being rescued like she lived her forever. No issue with dogs, cats and/or children. Just adjusted wonderfully.

2014 GARDEN STATE CAT SHOW AWARD WINNER FOR BEST COLORS - SHELTER CAT DIVISION !!

Found on the North Side of Garwood in a senior citizen's back yard. She was living under a board to stay dry from rain. The Grandson was feeding her but woudn't take her in due to the dog in the home. They called us for help and we ran to get Gertie.

Gertie was found with a large laceration on her hind leg which required stitches and she was also constipated (most likely from eating garbage). All of this has been resolved and she is on the road to recovery.

Gertie is the sweetest girl and we feel she was left behind. She was absolutely someone's pet at one time.

Gertie is thought to be approximately 8 to 9 years old., She is FIV/FELV negative, up to date on vaccines, spayed and wormed. She is a true love and adjusts wonderfully.
