My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

**April 12th 2014** I came into rescue and was surrendered by the same family that use to own Angel the Australian Shepherd. They decided my cuteness and barking was just to much for them and made a phone call. My foster Mom rushed right over there and what she saw she knew she couldn't leave me there. I was wearing a muzzle, a muzzle that didn't really allow me to drink water or pant the way I needed to. The reason they gave was they didn't like my barking. I came in a tad underweight and a little lonely. I also needed to be vetted and neutered as well. I am on the road to a new adventure and I can't wait!

***May 20th 2014***
My name is Draco & I'm four years old. I'm a very handsome German Shepherd.(Very handsome!) My begining was great, adorable puppy, socialized & loved. Then something happened & I was kept in a basement or outside in a pen. I didn't like that at all! I'd bark(hello, anybody there? Remember me? Get me out of here!!!) Finally they must have heard me & my foster Mom from the rescue came & took me to her house! THANK YOU!! I am alive & so happy!! She fed me four times a day to get my weight back. I look & feel so much better! She takes me for walks, runs me on her property, taught me fun things, right paw, left paw, belly rubs & sit. I get yummy treats & lots of lovin' but she said the best is yet to come, a forever home! She said I have a very balanced personality, I'm good with other dogs, ok with kids 12 & up because of my size. I love life & I'm always happy. If you need a jogging partner I'm your man!

*** Please be patient, we are a very small organization and we all sadly have to work and have families just like you. We also know the excitement of finding a pet that could be your furever family member and we receive numerous inquiries
from other families who feel the same way. Our primary goal is matching the perfect family with our pups and do not practice first come, first serve". We are setting up many meet and greets with our pups and the family could be found prior to you even getting to meet them. We will make sure all potential adopters who inquired are updated if the pup has been adopted. We do not want to waste anyone's time and recommend you keep looking while you wait to hear from us and as always Thank You for adopting and not shopping. ***
Adoption applications will be sent via email only, we do not have them posted online anywhere or on a website.
