Hi there. My name is Marlin. I am about 1 year old and I weigh about 50 lbs.
I was found as a stray and was picked up by the pound.
I am one of the best dogs here at the pound, or at least that's what I say! Also, I am one of the most dapper dogs you'll ever meet! Yes, that's right... I am a good looking boy. I have this totally gorgeous tan coat with black mixed throughout it and some white markings. Gorgeous if I do say so myself.
So back to me being the best dog here... I truly am a very good boy. I am very clean in my kennel and I don't "mark" or have accidents in the office. I am very well behaved inside too. I usually don't try to jump up on you unless I get SUPER duper excited. I am also a pretty good boy on a leash. I walk pretty good and I don't usually try to pull on my leash unless I am trying to go meet another dog... and speaking of the other dogs, I LOVE dogs!
I think we could be pretty good friends! Maybe you should come meet me and consider adopting me!!

I appear to be in good health. I have been given my Parvo/ Distemper vaccine and I have been dewormed with panacur dewormer.
PLEASE CONSIDER THIS DOG, AS WELL AS ALL THE OTHER DOGS AT OUR SHELTER AS URGENT. OUR KENNEL SPACE HERE AT THE POUND IS VERY LIMITED. THIS DOG COULD BE EUTHANIZED WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE ANY TIME AFTER MAY 26, 2014.
HERE AT THE COLUMBIANA COUNTY DOG POUND, WE TRY VERY HARD TO PLACE ALL OF OUR ADOPTABLE DOGS IN TO LOVING HOMES OR SEND THEM TO GREAT, APPROVED RESCUE GROUPS, HOWEVER, WE CAN ONLY KEEP OUR DOGS HERE AT THE POUND AS LONG AS SPACE ALLOWS.
MY ADOPTION FEE IS $110 CASH, WHICH COVERS MY NEUTER SURGERY (WHICH MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO ME LEAVING THE SHELTER), MY PARVO/DISTEMPER VACCINE, RABIES VACCINE, DEWORMING AND MY CURRENT OHIO DOG LICENSE WHICH WILL BE HONORED THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF OHIO.
THE POUND IS OPEN MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY FROM 8 AM- 4 PM AND SATURDAY FROM 9 AM- 12 PM. WE ARE CLOSED SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS.
