Scooter's Story...
BIGGGGGGG ON PERSONALITY.....this is one funny kid. Scooter is a young boy who is always on the go! The whole world is fascinating and he has to explore every inch of it! He is amusing with his antics and loves to play play play!! He would love another kitty to play with, but he is a long lanky guy and can play rough! He loves to carry his toys in his mouth and loves to chase balls. He is also affectionate and can be held and squeezed. When you come into the cat room, Scooter will be the first cat you see because he will be begging for attention.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Scooter, a Peachtree City American Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Shorthair for sale in Peachtree City, or seeking a American Shorthair cat from a breeder in Peachtree City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Peachtree City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Peachtree City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Shorthair breeders who help with American Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Peachtree City paves the way for another one to be saved.
