Mitch is a male Yorkshire Terrier mix approximately 2 years in age. He is small, weighing in at only 12 pounds full-grown. Mitch has silky, shiny gray and silver fur with just a touch of tan here and there. He has been professionally groomed and appears to be non-shedding. Mitch is good with other dogs and a quiet boy. He is very loyal with those he knows and loves to be included as a valued member of the household. The way to Mitch's heart is definitely through his tummy. He loves treats more than anything else and will do anything for them. If you want to make friends with Mitch, just offer him a slice of hotdog. He goes nuts over them. Mitch is a very smart dog and learns almost instantly. He has had a rough, neglected past and doesn't expect much, but he is quickly catching on to how good life can be. Mitch is good inside the home and tries hard to do the right thing. He is shy with strangers, and will bond very closely with those he knows and trusts. Mitch walks well on leash with a harness and rides quietly in the car. He will stick close by your side when out in public and prefers to be carried when he gets scared. Mitch is a very healthy dog and ready for his new forever home today!
Mitch’s adoption donation is $400 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). He has been NEUTERED, MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is his collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of his records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.
Mitch is being fostered by Pet Match Rescue Foster Volunteer, Sharon and is ready for his forever home.
