Found in a parking lot with her two siblings in South Central LA during a cold spell, Frannie is approximately 1 year old and 15 lbs. She has a very mischievous, yet gentle, spirit and enjoys wrestling with her brothers, Frankie and Floyd, whom she's very bonded to. When she's not busy playing with her furry friends, her hobby is to snuggle and kiss your toes and just be a part of the family. Kids immediately light her up: whenever she sees children, she cries and rushes to be near them. Once she's able to, she showers them with kisses.

Like her brothers, she's very intelligent and is already potty trained and leash trained. She's itching to be in her forever home!
