MEET LITTLE MIA.....who is as sweet as she is petite. This adorable, 9 lb, tri colored, 1.5-2 yrs old Shih Tzu babygirl is very shy at first....but when she blossoms and starts to play with you, she is precious. Mia came from the Orange County Shelter....she was hidden in the back and nobody saw her! Lucky for us and for her! She was matted to the bone, but we took the time to brush her out and her coat is long and silky. Mia loves to be with her person and while she is OK with other dogs, she wants to hog all the attention! She will go for walks and prance like a little show dog....but when she's done, she's done! She is okay for a few hours alone, but the ideal home for her would be one where her person either works from home, could take her with her or has a family to dote on her. She would be fine with kids over 8 yrs old...a little girl to put bows in her hair and dress her up would be fun for Mia and her family!! She is okay with cats and dogs of all sizes....she is an alarm dog, so she will let you know when someone comes to visit!! She is quiet otherwise! This little angel is very special and deserves a special and loving family (like all our kids!!). Would that be yours?
Our website is updated daily. Please do not apply for this dog unless your home fits the specified criteria. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, groomed, vet checked, dewormed, deflea'd and come with a leash, collar and ID tag!

Most every Sunday, unless we are doing a special event, we are at Century City Mall (10250 Santa Monica Blvd, Los Angeles 90067 behind the Concierge Booth near Brooks Bros) from 12-4pm. You can see this, and many more, adorable pups at this weekly event! Please do call us if you are coming to see a particular dog to make sure he/she will be at adoptions (we do not bring sick dogs to our adoption events). Please bring a copy of your application and pictures of your home and yard if we have not done a home check! Most importantly, if you have a dog, make sure you bring him or her to do a compatibility match with the dog you are interested in adopting!!! And don't forget to check out our
