TYSON's Story...
Tyson is one gorgeous boy!!! But he doesn't let his looks go to his head - he is so sweet and humble and just wants a family to love. Here is what the shelter had to say about this beauty:

Tyson is so very sweet and wags his tail when the shelter workers go back to visit him. He pushes up against people to be pet and lays his head in your lap. We are sure that Tyson will really blossom into a very loyal, happy dog once he gets out of the shelter. He can sit, shake, and lay down on command. He gets along with other dogs although if they're very hyper or in your face, he gets scared - who can blame him!!

Please email us right away if you would like to meet this beautiful boy! siar.1@comcast.net

Why Adoption is a Great Option

TYSON, a Sacramento Labrador Retriever/Weimaraner dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Weimaraner for sale in Sacramento, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Weimaraner dog from a breeder in Sacramento.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sacramento already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sacramento breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Weimaraner breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Weimaraner rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sacramento paves the way for another one to be saved.
