My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Norton's story is another sad one of an abandoned and neglected dog. He is a stunning brindle Boxer around 4 or 5 years of age who was found tied to a post in the wee hours of a cold March morning. Not much more than skin and bones, Norton's very affectionate and kind personality shone through from the very beginning. He loves everyone he meets, is great with other dogs, and would likely have no problem with cats either. Norton has put on some weight and had a good check-up at the vet, although he will probably need inexpensive artificial tear drops on a regular basis. This beautiful Boxer will make an excellent family pet and would do best with someone who works from home or is home most of the day so that he need not feel he will be abandoned again. How sad that someone went to the trouble of cropping his ears and tail only to discard him. Norton is a real gem!
