Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Star--a two year old little lady who lives up to her name! She is very pretty, nearly house trained, and is just overall happy. She is listed as a chihuahua but seems to be a mix, as her long legs remind her foster mom of a majestic horse.
This 10 pound cuddle bug loves to snuggle and as much as she prefers the company of people, will easily go in her crate and will stay in there without a peep.
This gentle girl loves kids and gets very excited when she sees them. Her foster home has a five year old who understands that she can get a bit nippy when overly happy and Star responds very well to a firm "No"--even when it comes from the child. In addition to kids, Star seems to like dogs, as her foster home has a large dog and they have become fast friends. Star will chase the cats in the house in what appears to be an attempt to play, but again, responds well to a firm "No" and will stop.
Star greatly enjoys the outdoors; she is wonderful on leash and loves taking walks. She will be a great addition to nearly any type of family home!

Star is being fostered in Charlton and the adoption fee is $375.

NOTE: Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label.
