Oscar came to us from Taiwan and is looking for his forever home or foster. He is well mannered, weighs 42lbs and is 2-3 years old. This guy loves to play, is well behaved, smart and very sweet. He walks well on the leash and enjoys long walks. He is good with other dogs and rarely barks. He likes to chase birds and cats. He is a love bug that wants kisses and hugs all the time. Can you give him some love?
