Meet one of our special CRT puppies: Hope. Hope is a light tan Chihuahua mix puppy with white paws and a white chest. She is now fully vetted and looking for a forever home.

Hope is one of four abandon puppies that CRT rescued. On February 25th, we received an email from a good Samaritan about four newborn chi mix pups that were found abandoned at a commercial building behind an air conditioner unit. The owner was making the rounds checking his property because of recent copper thieves making off with his property. These pups were found in an area that no human could have gotten to without the proper keys. The property owner reported that a homeless man that he had seen with a chi mix may have the momma dog. But no mother dog was found or seen anywhere near them. One puppy was a female and the other 3 are males.

These pups were extremely lucky to be alive. We CRT took them in, they were only a few days old. They were malnourished, filthy, and two of the little boys (Brownie and Blackie) were struggling and had to be kept alive by being tube fed for the first week. The great staff at Parker Animal and Bird Clinic in Plano helped care for them and nurse them for CRT. Soon all four got healthy, and began to thrive. They are now all fun puppies with all the vet work completed, and are ready for adoption!

Hope is the only little girl of the litter! She is about 6 pounds and is so adorable. Hope is very people oriented. She is very outgoing and LOVES people. Hope is a big cuddler. Her favorite thing is to be picked up by you so you can share some of your love with her!.

Hope is great with other dogs. She is playful and loves going outdoors to explore. Hope is Pee Pee Pad trained and almost finished potty training. She is a submissive puppy and will fit in almost anywhere. She and her brother, Clover, would make a great duo if someone is interested in adopting two. Hope and Clover have been raised together in the same foster home. They are crate trained together (Hope loves snuggling with her brother), and also crate trained separately.

Hope will be great with people of all ages, including children. If you want some hope in your life, this is the little girl for you!

Hope is spayed, micro chipped, up-to-date on shots, HW negative and on heartworm prevention. She is ready to join a loving family - could that family be yours?

This dog is a CRT rescue. Reference checks, adoption contract and $225 adoption fee is required.
