Kamba's Story...
Kamba is at the Adopt-A-Pet Shop in Plymouth MN- stop by and say hello!

DOB: ~ 4/1/14
Breed/Color: DSH/ Tabby & White

Kamba is an all around great kitten. He is a typical rough and tumble boy, with lots of spunk. He has a sweet side too and purrs, purrs, purrs, as soon as you touch him. He will “talk” to you at dinner time and let you know he is ready for his wet food snack. He is a busy little boy and loves to wrestle with his siblings. He uses his litterbox and scratching post perfectly. He would like to be adopted with one of his siblings Keino, Kipp, or Kira, or to a home with another kitty.

Adoption Fees: All of our cats are spayed/neutered, micro-chipped, vaccinated (as age appropriate), tested for Feline Leukemia/FIV, given flea/tick & heartworm preventative, & fecal tested (dewormed if needed) before being adopted out. Kamba's adoption fee is $160 including tax; adoptive homes are given all vet records at the adoption.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kamba, a Plymouth Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Plymouth, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Plymouth.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Plymouth already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Plymouth breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Plymouth paves the way for another one to be saved.
