Bradley's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Bradley's Story...
Bradley is an amazingly sweet, super-handsome, 1 year-old, 48 pound, Pit/Lab mix who adores other dogs and is even good with cats. We rescued him from being put down at the city shelter where he had ended up as a stray. He's housetrained, friendly towards everyone, playful, but also very affectionate and cuddly. He thinks he's a lap dog and will happily give you his belly to rub anytime!
He also loves going for car rides.

Bradley does have a minor issue with his right front elbow. Our vet tells us that it must have been fractured as a pup and never treated, therefore it has healed improperly. Giving him Cosequin (glucosamine/chondroitin) seems to do the trick. Although he would not be a dog to jog with or excercise extensively, he loves the dog run, wrestling with other dogs, and it doesn't affect his quality of life at all.

Bradley is fully vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm negative, and neutered. Adoption fee is $175. This guy is a VERY special dog!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bradley, a Brooklyn Labrador Retriever/American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Brooklyn, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Brooklyn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brooklyn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brooklyn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brooklyn paves the way for another one to be saved.
