Elfie was surrendered by her owner. He did not have the time to give Elfie the attention and play time she needed. Elfie is a very sweet, friendly, and energetic kitty. She loves greeting her owner when you get home from work, playing with laser pointers, cat toys, or her favorite cloth on a string toy. She has the unique characteristic of "speaking" to her friends. She will respond with a trill when you talk to her, or will make this sound when she is excited or playing with you. Elfie loves her scratching post and black rug - if you grab the rug and pull it she will run and jump on and be paraded around like a little
princess. Sometimes when she notices you are feeling down, or even settling into the couch to read a good book she will hop up and bunker down for a few minutes - or give you a mini cat massage. Elfie loves being with people and will follow you around to whichever room you are in at your house. She is
up to date on all her shots, has been spayed, and is litter box trained. She also has affinity to tearing up paper items - napkins, lamps, paper towels, and toilet paper!!
