Annie's Story...
I'm Annie and I have an interesting story! I was at a city shelter waiting for a forever home but no one seemed to come along for me. Then when Habitat 4 Paws found a foster, they rescued me. Once I arrived at the vet clinic for my shots, it was discovered that I was going to have puppies. Lucky for me, I went to a foster home where I was safe and sound and I had three adorable puppies. I am now looking for a home of my own. I love to be with my people, so will not be a dog to be left outside alone. I am very affectionate and like to snuggle, especially when you are watching TV. I'm also quite playful and enjoy my daily walks. I am house trained, too! I am very petite, probably only about 12 pounds.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Annie, a McKinney Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in McKinney, or seeking a Beagle dog from a breeder in McKinney.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in McKinney already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a McKinney breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in McKinney paves the way for another one to be saved.
