eet Howie!
He is a very loving lil boy that is around 7-8 year old. Howie was found in a park and no one came to rescue him so he ended up at Animal Control.
Howie had a cough that turned into pneumonia but he is well on his way to a full recovery! Howie is easy going and gets along great with other pugs and likes to play. He is a very sweet cuddly lil boy that has been 100% potty trained so far.
Even though Howie is loving his foster mommy and pugs he is ready and looking for his forever home.
