Dolly's Story...
Dolly is one of 9 pups born to a purebred boxer who got out of the yard when she was in heat. The "oops" litter's baby daddy is unknown. The pups are now 9 wks old and will be ready for transport to New England and their new homes the weekend of 7/12/14 . They weigh aprx. 15lbs. now and should be 60+ lbs. when grown. I have included a picture of the mom. DDWTN will spay her in a few weeks so no more "oops"! The family has done a great job of socializing the litter.

The pups will have 2 parvo/distemper shots, and will be wormed twice.

The new owner will be responsible for a 3rd puppy shot and a rabies shot (due around the 2nd week of July, and the spay, normally done around 6 mo. of age.

Our application is found on our main website www.deaddogswalkingtn.com

PLEASE - NO apartment renters, children under the age of 8.

Transport to CT, ME and VT is available using Alpha Dog Transport. They charge $140 for their services and is paid to them in cash when you claim your pup. All the vet records will be handed off as well.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dolly, a Providence Boxer puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Providence, or seeking a Boxer puppy from a breeder in Providence.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Providence already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Providence breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Providence paves the way for another one to be saved.
