Chloe is now 10. About 3 years ago we first took in Chloe. She arrived to us at a whopping 95 lb!! She had a careful weight loss diet over a period of about a year. Chloe was also diagnosed with hip dysplasia. All of that weight was hard on her body but she gets along just fine. She only takes some supplements to boost her health but has not needed pain meds. Keeping her weight loss off is the key to keeping her healthy. Recently she was diagnosed hypothyroid and is now getting daily meds for the condition. Chloe lives with several other shelties, Pomeranians, cats and a Lab in her foster home. She fits right into the group and makes herself at home but it would sure be nice to be able to let Chloe have her own new home. Chloe is best placed in a home with no children. In her new home Chloe would be a loving and faithful companion.
