My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Russell is a handsome 6 year old male Miniature Poodle. He weighs about 15 pounds and is cream colored. He and his brother Victor were given up by their former owner because their baby was allergic. Unfortunately, the person who took Victor and Russell was not able to keep them in the place where they lived, so once again Victor and Russell were given away. The second home proved no better, and the dogs were being kept in a plastic cage outdoors because they were not allowed inside the home. With Atlanta's searing heat, this was cruel and unhealthy for the dogs. A good samaritan observed what had happened to the dogs and asked the owner to give them up so they could find a home that would provide the care they deserve and need.

Russell and Victor are happy boys as we write this. They are now clean, fed, exercised and enjoying the beginning of their new lives as beloved pets. They are looking for a new forever home that will provide the care they need and deserve.

Russell is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and tested negative for heartworms. He is also taking monthly medication to protect him from fleas and heartworms. His adoption fee is $200.
