Lilly's Story...
THIS IS A COURTESY LISTING—“Lilly” is not in foster care with BAPBR and we make no guarantees about his/her health or temperament. We are providing a service to Dogs of the Gorge to help with adoption. Please contact the shelter directly if you are interested in meeting or adopting him/her.

Lily is a stray so we have no history on her. What we do know about her is that she is an awesome dog. She has been at the shelter for about one month. In that time she has been around all the little dogs that we have and males and females dogs that we have. She is good in the car and loves going on walks. The shelter volunteers call her silly Lilly. Her tail is always going and she is just a sweetheart.

Lilly is spayed and current on her shots. She seems to be housebroken and is being worked with on her manners and some basic obedience. Her adoption fee is 150.00. Please feel free to call Lisa if you have more questions, 541-978-0079 and email Lisa for an application.

Adoption Fee: $150

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lilly, a Portland Pit Bull Terrier/Boston Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier/Boston Terrier for sale in Portland, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier/Boston Terrier dog from a breeder in Portland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier/Boston Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier/Boston Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portland paves the way for another one to be saved.
