Oreo is a Rat Terrier tat went blind at a young age. He's about 5 years old, he is fully vetted and neutered. He is a really sweet boy, just dealt a bad hand. His owner signed him over to a kill shelter to be euthanized because he went blind. He has no aggressions with dogs or food but he will bite if he gets scared until he feel;s safe and secure with his new family.
