Meet Jayne! She is a 7-8 month old Catahoula mix. The Pet Rescue Center pulled her from the county shelter where she was in the medical needs area due to having a very treatable skin infection. She is a spunky girl who has a good amount of energy so is looking for an active home that can keep up with her. She is very smart and food motivated which is great for her while she is going through training. She does well with other dogs and loves everyone that she meets. Her little butt goes a mile a minute whenever someone says hi to her. Now all she needs is her forever home!
ADOPTION PROCESS:
Pets are visited by appointment (times are flexible). Please email adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org to arrange a meeting time. This process allows potential adopters to spend adequate time with their prospective pet and prevents long wait times.
All interested parties must fill out an Adoption Application, which will be reviewed to find the best possible match. Completed applications can be submitted online, faxed to (949) 743-5878 or emailed to: adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org
Our adoption fee is $300 for dogs and $150 for cats, and includes spay/neuter, microchip, flea treatment, deworming, regular veterinary check-ups, and current vaccinations. This fee helps to defray the costs of medical care, supplies and boarding while the animals are in our care.
The Pet Rescue Center is a 501c3 non-profit organization that seeks to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome pets from high kill shelters and is temporarily housed inside the Alicia Pet Care Center at 25800 Jeronimo Rd. Suite 100, Mission Viejo, CA 92691.
